Welcome to Subly, developed and operated by NovaCoreLabs ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application Subly: Subscription Tracker handles information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Subly is designed as a privacy-first, local-storage application.

• Local Financial & Expense Data: All your input data (subscription titles, category names, payment amounts, due dates, billing cycles, notes, and IBAN details) are stored exclusively on your device's local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store your financial entries on any external server.
• No User Account Registration: Subly does not require account creation, login, name, email address, or phone number to function.

2. Advertising & Analytics (Third-Party Services)

Subly uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for ad delivery and app reliability:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We use Google AdMob to display advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads in accordance with Google Privacy Policy.
• Open Exchange Rates API: Subly fetches public foreign exchange currency rates over HTTPS (open.er-api.com). No personal user data or device information is transmitted during currency rate updates.

3. Device Permissions

Subly requests minimal Android device permissions solely for core functionality:

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS / Alarms: Used locally on your device to trigger scheduled reminders for your upcoming subscription and bill due dates.
• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to fetch live exchange rates and serve advertisements via AdMob.

4. Children's Privacy

Subly does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate measures.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
